Order Policies
Mya5store.com and Manro Distribution reserve the right to cancel orders at the discretion of management and will notify the customer as soon as possible thereafter. If there are any probelms with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible at the e-mail address that you provide.
Orders received by 2:30PM Central Time will in most cases ship the same day. All orders ship by ground unless stated otherwise. The carrier chosen is at the sole discretion of Mya5store.com and Manro Distribution. Tracking number(s) will be e-mailed after the shipment(s) have been made and is also available in your Order Details in your account.
We will strive to satisfy all of your customer service needs and concerns. Returns of product must be in new condition and unopened packages. To return items purchased you must receive authorization and an RA number before returning your order to MyA5Store.com / Manro Distribution. All other returns will be refused.
Warranty work is performed only by the manufacturer that is responsible for the item that is in need of repair. Please see the manufacturer's warranty for instructions regarding warranty repair work.
